Dear Friend:

As I (Charlotte) awakened this morning, the Lord began to speak to me about how critical it was for all of us to receive the ministry of deliverance in this hour. He reminded me of how personal deliverance, which is for the Body of Christ, affects not only those receiving ministry but also our territories. Peter Wagner teaches on the three levels of spiritual warfare - ground level, occult level, and strategic level. Ground level relates to the deliverance of individuals, occult level relates to witchcraft, spiritism, Freemasonry, and other occult practices, and strategic level involves principalities, powers, and rulers over territories.

If you study the activities of Paul and other New Testament ministers, you will find that when they dealt with ground level warfare, it began to shift the spiritual atmosphere and release the harvest in regions as well as affect trade and the spirit of Mammon. These three levels of warfare cannot be separated. When Paul cast the demon out of the slave girl in Philippi, the whole spiritual atmosphere of that city began to change. There was a power encounter, people began to receive salvation, and a church was birthed.

The point is that we as the church will not see reformation in our cities, state, and nation as long as we are not walking in freedom. Often times we are unaware of it, but we can be personally influenced by occult and strategic level warfare in the region in which we live. As we obtain freedom, it begins to shift our territories.

It's still not too late to register, and we understand there is an opportunity to participate in this conference through the internet if you are unable to attend in person. Please prayerfully consider being a part of this opportunity to experience new freedom. Because Louisiana has battled one of the strongest occult structures in the nation, this should be a priority for us. Not only do we need to position ourselves for personal deliverance, but also we need to be trained to minister deliverance to others.
