Dear Worshipping LAPN Friends:

We have to begin this communication by encouraging you to watch Tuesday Corporate Prophetic Intercession from Glory of Zion this week. We try to catch one of the prayer times at Glory of Zion each week if at all possible because it is so life changing. Because of the "On Demand" webcast, you can watch it anytime during the week through next Monday night. This morning's prayer time was extraordinary. There was such a powerful release of the Holy Spirit and revelation for releasing His glory. The word came forth that He is rearranging the land right now so His glory can come forth. We are praying for every ember of glory to awaken in Louisiana and in our nation. Also you have His glory in your blood—tell it to awaken, to stir up, and to rejoice. Use His word to "fan the glory". The river of glory will push out the iniquities. Tell your children and your children's children that the glory is waking up in their blood. Speak this over nations that God puts on your heart and over the nations of your heritage. A timely word was released through Chuck Pierce that if we will rise up now and clap our hands, we will control the winds that come on our coasts. He said to call forth a new level of oneness, unity, and harmony. We are to pray for the coasts, for harmony, so the winds are controlled by a "Kingdom sound" instead of corruption and destruction. Since we are a coastal state, this is for us! There was a lot more so be sure to check it out.

New Orleans Gathering
Saturday, August 15th

Report on Meetings in South Louisiana 

At a Firstfruits gathering at Glory of Zion in May of this year, we received a prophetic word that God was putting a flaming sword in our hands and that we would walk in our state in apostolic authority and "break the spirit of lack". We were so moved by this word that we immediately ordered a replica of Solomon's sword, which is owned by several of the state leaders. In obedience to this word, on July 9th we met with prayer leaders and intercessors from Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas at "Branch of the True Vine", home of Nettie Landry in Lake Charles. In the picture, we are making decrees with Carolyn Hebert, a prayer leader from Southeast Texas. We are decreeing a release of the sword of the Lord down the border of our states, declaring oneness and for His purposes to be accomplished as these two regions colabor together. There was a great time of prayer and prophetic release over everyone there and a breaking of the spirit of lack and poverty off individuals and the region. Then the following day, Friday, July 10th, we met with intercessors and prayer leaders in Maurice at the home of Elie and Pauline Hebert. God powerfully used this time to align and set a new course for these leaders. Again the Lord had us break the spirit of lack and release prosperity and fruitfulness over these leaders and this region. The following day we all traveled to St. Martinville to the Acadian Memorial where we gained historical insight and vision and then had a powerful time of praying and taking communion on the land together. We continue to carry the "flaming sword" to this meeting in New Orleans on Saturday. Please be praying for a prophetic and revelatory release as we come together. Head of the Year 5770 (September 17-20, 2009)
Glory of Zion, Int'l, Denton, Texas

Head of the Year 5770 is one of the key meetings of the year hosted by Glory of Zion, International. It allows the body of Christ to get focused apostolically and prophetically for the season ahead. This year we will be meeting out on the land in a TENT! Joining the Glory of Zion team will be Dutch Sheets, Paul Wilbur, Judy Jacobs, Paul Keith Davis, Tudor Bismark (from Zimbabwe), Norma Sarvis (from Israel), Jim Hodges and Robert Heidler. France Ministry

We are about three weeks away from our upcoming trip to France. We really covet your intercession for this trip as we prayerfully seek the Lord for our portion as we continue to align and work with the apostolic connections the Lord has birthed between France and Louisiana. The iniquity will be removed from the bloodline of Louisiana as we invest and pray for His glory to be released in France.

When we were at a recent Regional Aglow Meeting in Hot Springs, Arkansas we heard Jane Hansen speak something that has really stuck with us. She shared a word that she had received from Graham Cooke when she was walking through a challenging time. He told her to war according to the prophecies she had received, that we live or die by His word. He also said that when you go through hell, you must prosper. The reason for going through is to take back the spoils! Remember Jesus took captivity captive! As you are going through this season of stretching, shaking, changing, and rearranging we're praying for you to stay focused on what the Lord is speaking to you and for you to follow the mind of the Spirit. May you seize every opportunity in this season and continue to secure your inheritance!
